The Joint Stock Company Spacecom was
incorporated in May 2003. It is now one
of the biggest owners of rail tank-cars
in the Baltic region.
JSC Spacecom can offer for rent over 6
000 rail tank-cars for the carriage of
any oil products and liquefied petroleum
gas LPG.
JSC Spacecom also offers for rent 5
2ТЭ116 locomotives and 3 ЧМЭ-3 shunting
(switch) locomotives.
JSC Spacecom owns the Locomotive Repairs
depot and can provide any kind of
repairs of locomotives. JSC Spacecom
also holds the controlling interest in
the Daugavpils Locomotive Plant (www.dlrz.lv),
which is one of the largest in Europe
and offers the full service of repair of
locomotives.
Our customers are LLC «Transoil», LLC «BaltTransService»,
AO «Petrokazahstan», LLP «Tengizchevroil»–
leading railway carriers of oil-products
and liquified petrolium gas.
The main share holder of the companies
is international concern GlobalTrans,
which is the biggest private railway
operator in Russian Federation, with
more than 24 300 rail tank-cars fleet.
To the group of the company JSC Spacecom
includes the company
JSC Spacecom Trans. JSC Spacecom
Trans can offer for rent over 1 000 rail
tank-cars for the carriage of any oil
products
In early 2011 the company JSC Intopex
Trans has been renamed into the company
JSC Spacecom Trans. The puropse of
renaming: to merger two companies JSC
Spacecom and JSC Intopex Trans into one
brand. The whole structure of the
company was not changed: registration
number, bank account number, company
address and contact details remain the
same. Annual financial statements of JSC
Intopex Trans are also valid for the
company JSC Spacecom Trans.
